On the 9 April 1941 the Refugees Joint Consultative Committee set up a Continuation Committee to examine matters arising out the Leicester Conference and the Manchester Resolution. The Committee worked on a paper to be presented to the Home Office on the status of refugees and a deputation was sent in August 1941 to the Home Office. For some correspondence relating to the Manchester resolution see M533/9/3. For records of the Leicester Conference see M533/2/5/2. See also M533/25/39-40.
