Up to 1928 the reports are in a published version, after this the reports are just typewritten. 1905-1928 reports include List of officers and Council for that year and the following, the report, list of members and a copy of the rules of the society. 1929-1946 reports include report of the council, financial statement. 1973-1993 include report of the council, financial statement, reports from other bodies and groups, report of the Association of Assistant Librarians etc.
