Motteram v. Parker.
Thomas Hibbert, esquire sheriff of Chester is directed to recover from Richard Parker suing which Richard Gibson and James Motteram and Robet Nichol had proved against him. £75 for rent has been paid to the Earl of Mansfield. Charles Leake of Witney, Oxfordshire, lending money due, has Richard Parker's salt works at Anderton assigned to him.
