All the lands, tenements, services, etc., of the two Water Mills called Mauncester Mylnes situated in Walker's Crofte, a [fulling] mill called Walk Myke, and [fulling] rights on the Irk from Ashele Lawn to the Irwell
Annual rent: £9-13-4
In a deed dated 3 Oct 1509 2. had granted to 1. and Ralph Hulme all these rights on payment annually of £9-13-4. In a deed dated 12 Jul 1523 Ralph Hulme was exonerated from any distress because of this rent, and in this deed, 1. undertakes to pay the rent. Covenant for re-entry if payment falls behind.
