Duplicate Deed of Covenant

1) George Hildyard Bankes, esq

2) Mrs. Eleanor Starkie Letterewe Bankes

Amendment to Indenture of Resettlement of 21 Jul 1888 (recited)

Conditions:

a) (2) will pay (1) out of her own money a lump sum of £1,000 and also £300 p.a. for the remainder of her life, in quarterly payments on 1 Nov, 1 Feb, 1 May and 1 Aug

b) (1) will pay the executors, administrators or assigns of (2) £700 p.a. out of his own money for the rest of his life, should he outlive (2)

c) If (1) dies before (2), the above payments will not constitute a debt to (1) or his estate
