1) Card from E. Pankhurst in Evian les Bains, France, where she is having treatment, to Miss Rachel Barrett of W.S.P.U. Would like to know of any further communication from P.W.W., 13 Aug 1912.
2) Draft letter from Mrs Pankhurst, signed 'E.P., to 'members of the W.S.P.U.', criticising the Liberal Government and the condemnation to five years penal servitude of Mrs [Mary] Leigh and [Gladys] Evans [for setting fire to the Theatre Royal, Dublin, Jul 1912]. Praises these and Mrs [Jennie] Baines, c. Aug 1912.
3) Letter from C.P. [Christabel Pankhurst] to Miss [Rachel] Barrett, asking her to arrange for three press tickets for the Deputation. Says Miss Barrett manages the paper [The Suffragette] splendidly. The edition of 31 Jan will be a special Party number.
