1) Diary of a Manchester medical attendant, Arthur Sanders, on the Hospital Ship No. 1 'Soudan', in the Dardanelles, off Alexandria and Malta. Later account, written on eve of returning from the Naval Reserve, of his first aid career, 1900-post WW1.
2) Photographs: includes postcards of HMS Venerable, HMT Soudan and five group photographs. Also includes an unidentified postcard and a postcard-photograph sent by Thomas McKinley at Christmas 1914.
