1) Asks him to ascertain the opinion of the operatives on the Bill to reduce hours of work to 10 hours per day. Points out that wages will be reduced, 19 Mar 1844.
2) Asks Hollins to get as good a return as possible from Heaton Norris in the South Lancashire election.
3) Urges a committee meeting on the subject of county qualifications. Must get 100 persons in the Stockport district to qualify [for voting].
