Custodial history:
This 'school-chapel' was founded in the 1860's in Mossley Road. In 1906 a separate building for the church was opened in Curzon Road. The Mossley Road building continued to be used as a school until 1970 when it was sold and the school joined the church, which had been specially extended. In 1997 a new building was opened on the same site in Curzon Road.
