Labour Party Education Working Party agendas and minutes, correspondence from the Labour Party about education, briefing notes to Councillor's and correspondence to and from Kath Fry both from the time she spent as Manchester City Council Chair of Education (1991-1995), before this and after it. This includes memos, letters and copies of e-mails. Many of the papers in this Section relate to the Structure of the Education Committee and education budgets. There are also a number of newspaper articles relating to education in Manchester often relating to budget cuts, securing extra funding and schools in need of repair.
