Messuage called Carr in Wilpshire and Billington, leased by Sir William Gerrard and others to George and Anne Talbot, 16 Dec 1708, to (2) in trust to pay £8 rent to (1) and (3) for life remainder of moiety to Roert., son of (3) after the death of his mother and remainder of moiety to George Osbaldeston, son of Mary, daughter of (1), after the death of (1)

By this present deed the remainder to George Osbaldeston is revoked and replaced by a remainder to his mother Mary, with remainder after her death to George
