Starkie of Simonstone, yeoman, deed., several parcels of land in Colne and Marsden.

Copy of writ to the sheriff of Lanes, to find four men to state at the court of the manor of Colne whether Richard Townley of Carr and his tenants are unjustly withholding from Thomas Townley of Royle and Thomas Whittaker of Simonstone, feoffees in trust for Rogei? Nowell of Read and Lawrence Starkie of Simonstone, land called Shaw, and five messuages in Colne, messuage called Grindlestone Hurst in Great Marsden, land called Barnesett Copyes and Shaw lately part of the commons of Colne, and other property in Colne and Marsden.
