(2) to have the wardship and marriage of Rauff, son and heir apparent of (la), who is to marry Elizabeth, daughter of (2). (la) to bind himself to convey property worth 26/8 per year for the use of Elizabeth for life, (2) to pay (lb) £14 on the wedding day and bind himself to pay a further £6. (la) to bind himself that his property shall descend to his son Rauff in fee or in tail, reserving rights to dower of Cicely, wife of (la), and excepting an intake of land in Newton Loone [Lane]
