Inquisition post mortem of William Waynewright of Lowe, West Derby - died seized of one messuage and land (5and 1/2 acres.). John Waynewright of Edgeleane, his nephew declared his heir and admitted to the property.
2. 6 Mar. 1704.
Surrender by Roger Turner and Rebecca, his wife, daughter and coheiress of Thomas Wainwright of Toxteth Park of a third part of one messuage and land (11 and 1/2 acres.) in Ackers End, West Derby, and admittance of William Burneing, husband of Sarah (nee Wainwright) and Martha Wainwright, sisters of Rebecca.
3. 24 Aug. 1720
Surrender by William and Sarah Durning of same property to the use of William for life, remainder to whomsoever he should appoint.
