Petition to Parliament by Mary, widow of John Satterthwaite, and the surviving trustees of his will and of her daughter Anne's marriage settlement with Caesar Colclough Armett and other beneficiaries of the will, for permission to bring in a bill for the sale of the testator's property in Lancaster, Lupton, Kirkby Lonsdale and the manor of Mansergh, Westmorland - says that Caesar Colclough Armett, his wife and children were drowned in the wreck of the Berwickshire Packet en route for Ireland, 24 Jan. 1819.
