Letter from the Charity Commissioners to Thomas Dyson asking for the trustees' comments on two letters from Reverend G.G. Bird, 16 and 27 September 1898, asking for the Scheme to be amended, so that management of the Sunday School and the School House be in the hands of the vicar and churchwardens of St. Margaret's and of two Sunday School teachers elected by all the Sunday School teachers, instead of the trustees of St. Margaret's Schools, who need not be members of St. Margaret's church.
