Agreement of the Honourable Thomas Wentworth that Rev. William Assheton, rector of Prestwich, shall enjoy a piece of land called Salters Croft at a peppercorn rent for as long as he is rector of Prestwich. Rev. Assheton has sold the advowson and the land to Wentworth, but if the land is not part of the advowson Assheton will convey it separately to Wentworth before Christmas.
