Victoria Gardens, New Brighton. Tinted postcard. (Valentine's Series). It is postmarked 31 August, 1918, addressed as in 1188/52, and reads: Dear Ma and Dad, Arrived safely. Got to Liverpool by the rotten slow route in exactly ¾ of an hour. New Brighton is looking fine. Nice people here. We are in the front parlour. Lots of love, Ethel.
