Has received a letter from Edward Lombe saying he has sent £300 for the Association. Urges that Dr. Beard, on behalf of the Committee, should write to Lombe as soon as possible and keep him informed about the Association's activities. Lord Melgund would like to use some of the clauses of the draft Bill in his Bill for Scotland. Gives numbers of children at Mr. Williams's School.
