The indenture was made between the Trustees of the Refuge, John Rylands, Richard Bramwell Taylor, Leonard Kilbee Shaw, Herbert Philips, William Smith, Oliver Heywood, Henry Lee and Louis Milroy Hayes. Also includes notice of a special meeting organised to approve the deed.
