Trust Deed between the Refuge and the Trustees, Stopford Brooke Ludlow Jacks, Robert Waddington Lawson, Freda Nellie Dinsdale and Walter Idwal Cunningham. This was made to establish a pension fund for present and future employees. the money for teh established came from a legacy given to the Refuge by Sir Robert McDougal. The Refuge was to transfer certain properties, to be known as the Elizabeth McDougall Estate, which were to be held by the Trustees upon the Trusts of the Pension Fund. Also includes two deeds of appointment of New Trustees to the Pension Fund for 1954 and 1968 and a Deed of Variations for 1970.
