File contains correspondence between the Refuge and their Solicitors, Farrar and Co. over the mineral and sporting rights to the land occupied at Tanllwyfan. This refers to the right for quarrying on the land, at any time, and the possible damage to property. Also includes letters form Kneeshaw, Lupton and Co., who were the lessees of the stone from the Crown, over their intentions for future quarrying.
