Letters from the Urban District Council of Birkdale to the Refuge regarding the Committee's desire to erect further temporary buildings on the site and increase its capacity. The bundle also includes two letters from Ince Blundell Estates which confirms the availibility of the land for the Summer Camp for 1911.
