Investigation Into the Occupation, Condition, and General Character of the Pupils Admitted to the Manchester Royal Residential Schools for the Deaf from February 1825-January 1873, by Order of the Committee

For each pupil gives name, gender, dates of birth and of admission, place of abode and any information received about their lives since leaving the Schools, and the source of this information. The focus of this information is on their employment, family, and social and moral habits. Many entries have no follow-up information.
