Officers' reports, including those from the Headmaster and Matron, continue. Between pp. 31-32 is a copy of a completed form of enquiry by the Education Department on the administration of the Schools, the number of pupils and the names of some of the staff in December 1893. Between pp. 35-36 are typed notes of a conference held in January 1894 concerning the operation of the Elementary Education (Blind and Deaf Children) Act of 1893, with representatives from the Schools, Henshaw's Blind Asylum, and the Manchester and Salford School Boards.
