Headmaster's Report Book, Manchester Royal Residential Schools for the Deaf

Volume of Headmaster's fortnightly reports. Include information on illness or incidents involving pupils, entertainments and activities, the general running of the school, and the teachers. Reports of events noted on one side of the book; on the opposite pages or in the margins have been noted the actions taken in response to incidents. They also contain statistics of the numbers and boys and girls on the roll, in residence, and away from school. Contains the names of individual pupils and teachers, with information on illnesses, behavior, and standards of work.
