08:00 Screen title: “Being Kashmiri.” Not knowing about Kashmiri identity and experiencing racial discrimination from Urdu speakers, becoming more confident in Kashmiri identity and language, teaching children Pahari language to communicate with family.
09:45 Screen title: “Making the invisible visible.” Campaigning in early to mid-90s to make people more aware of Kashmiri identity and heritage, disparity of achievement and resources between Kashmiri community and other ethnic communities.
