Originally this bundle was kept separately to the other meeting minutes. Within the inner cover of the original file was sellotaped a handwritten note suggesting that these minutes were duplicated and sent to Manchester City Council for sending to Central Grants. Also included is correspondence from Manchester Social Services to the Management Committee Chair of the Cheetham Hill Advice Centre about a review of the voluntary sector advice sector.
