The collection was initially arranged by Akhtar Hussein. It was categorised it into three sections:
- Appendix 1: Series of evening lectures
- Appendix 2: Conferences, seminars, courses and discussions
- Appendix 3 Single Lectures
These list records how the material was originally arranged when donated.
Each list has been photocopied and the new GB3228 numbers have been added so as this arrangement can be reconstructed if desired (GB3228.91/10/2)
