These transparencies feature subjects which relate to the local area. They were withheld from the collection of some 10,000 items deposited with the British Tourist Authority. A small number of transparencies were transferred to Trafford Local Studies Library. The transparencies were arranged in numerical sequence by Gertrude Hampshire.
