This group originally comprised 69 parcels, in each of which were up to 100 files. Parcels 1-27 covered the period 1918-1932 more or less haphazardly: after that the files were transferred annually (every 6 months 1935-1943). From 1940 onwards each property was allocated a permanent file number.
