Arbitration bond between (1) Mr. Samuel Lloyd (2) Mr. James Bury and Mr. John Bury. To determine whether the late partnership of Burys, Lloyd & Co. should defray costs and damages incurred in the action commenced by Isaac Newton and Messrs. Burton & Co. against Samuel Lloyd, also, pay compensation for the latter's expenses in entertaining customers.
