Give information on type of land and property and the personal assessments. Described in the first ley as 'An assessment or tax upon the Burgesses and other inhabitants of and within the Towne of Manchester for and towards the repaire of the parish church and other necessary's thereunto being six Church Leys by an agreement of the major part of the parishioners att a meeting in the said Parish Church in and for the year 1706.'
