Papers relating to the conveyance of land and buildings at Cornbrook, that was formally occupied and used as the Birch Orphange, to the Refuge. This building had been closed for a number of years and consequently donated to the Refuges. Includes a report by property inspectors, a valuation, both in 1893 and a Conveyance of the Land and Buildings in Jan 1894.
