File contains correspondence on the reorganisation of Hayes Shaw from part of the Bethesda complex. Shaw was to be turned over for the Warden's use, freeing up rooms in Belmont House, whilst the large dormitory in Shaw and the whole of Hayes would be used to home short stay children. File also includes a plan of proposed alterations.
