Between 1) George Beatson Blair and James Thomas Blair, both of Manchester, merchants and shippers, operating under the name of Robert Barbour and Brother, and 2) Robert Barbour and Brother Ltd. of India House, Whitworth St., Manchester, by which I (1) agree to sell to (2) the goodwill of Robert Barbour and Brother all contracts and business pending, stock in trade, cash and furniture, in accordance with clause 3 of the Articles of Association above.
