Some of the minutes are annotated or handwritten and generally contain an agenda, minutes of previous meeting, workers reports, statistics of the rise in problems, ethnic monitoring, case studies, financial reports, policy information, staffing information, benefit information, campaign involvement, funding applications and general information of the day to day running the advice centre. Some files contain a copy of the Annual General Meeting minutes, extra emergency meeting minutes and minutes of sub groups. The minutes were originally held in various ring binder folders, within the folders some documents were grouped in plastic wallets. The folders were created chronologically with no obvious cut off other than when the folder became full. For storage, preservation and ease of use the majority of minutes have been divided into financial year. Some of the minutes have been kept quarterly or monthly in envelopes depending on the extent, Plastic wallets have been removed and paperclips added to reflect how the documents were originally kept.
