(1) Sir Peter Leicester of Tabley, bart.
(2) William Henshall of Over Alderley, husbandman
(on surrender of a lease, with two lives in being) of a tenement in Over Alderley, with leasowes, etc. for the lives of the said William, Alice his wife, and Thomas their son. Rent10/-; best beast (or £3) as heriot; two hens (or 1/-), suit of court at Nether Tabley.
John Chanbler of Over Alderley, yeoman, is deputed to give possession.
