Abstract of the will dated 27 Nov 1868 of Henry Kelsall of Rochdale and recital of probate and the deaths of executors His son Henry, nephew Robert Kelsall, son in law George Tauke Kent and Henry Peter, barrister were trustees to realise his assets and the executors were Lydia his wife, G. T. Kemp and Robert Slack. R. Kelsall predeceased the testator who died 22 Dec 1869. Before probate was granted on 3 Mar 1870, G. T.
Kemp declined to serve as executor or trustee. H. Kelsall the son died at Kincardine Castle Co Perth on 15 Aug 1870 and was buried at Warriston cemetery Edinburgh.
