The collection was entirely created by Martin Gittins, a lifelong member of the Middleton Pace Egg Play 'team' from 1968 until the time the archive was created in 2016. All the content was collected by him and some of it was his own original work (booklets, posters, press releases etc). Contributions of photographs came from various sources and, where possible, these are identified. Wherever possible the names of the actors in the play, and the accompanying musicians are identified.
