Mrs. Willet's father, was Mr. John Crompton, who was born in 1880. Her mother, was Mrs. Elizabeth Crompton (nee Nailer) who was born in 1882. Mr. Crompton worked for Mr. R. Whitehead, who kept carriages for weddings, funerals, moving furniture. He was also a fruiterer. Mother used to dress the horses.
