Mrs. Edith Fox nee Treby was born in 1921 in Devon. Her father, Harold b190 trained as a grocer but during the unemployment of the 1920/30s he became a club steward. Harold married Mrs. Fox's mother in 1921. Her name was Winnifred Etta, nee Bunney and was born in 1898. She worked as typesetter for the newspaper during the war. Mrs. Fox married Francis Fox in 1921. He was born in 1920 and is a local government engineer. They came up to Manchester 1950.
