Grosvenor Square Mission (St Andrew's Mission Hall, Booth Street):
This began as a Mission run by St Andrew's Free Church, and from around 1893 was based at Booth Street Mission Hall (also known as St Andrew's Mission Hall, Booth Street). On the sale of St Andrew's Church in 1903, the hall was transferred to Grosvenor Square Presbyterian.

People's Institute:
This was established in 1894 to reorganise the work relinquished by the Tonge Street Working Men's Club. It initially proposed to house a reading room, Sunday services, the continuing meetings of the Working Men's Club along with meetings of the Men's and Women's Temperance Societies, the Band of Hope, Mothers' meetings and a Sunday School. It was situated at 56 Grosvenor Street, Chorlton-on-Medlock.
