Award of John Holcroft, esq. and Richard Cruche, esq., abiters in a dispute between 1) Robert Langton, esq. and 2) Gilbert Culcheth, esq. l) to have the land inclosed by his father Gilbert Langton and himself from the commons of Hindley adjoining Aspttll and Westhoughton. 2) to have land (6a.) in Hindley called Bancroft and land (5.5a.) in Ince in Makerfield called Holynhey.
