The school annually made application for a grant under the regulations for nursery schools not provided by a Local Education Authority. Board of Education Form 815M was used; two copies were to go to the Local Education Authority, one of which was for the Board and the other for retention by the Authority.
These are evidently third copies retained by the school.
The form contains section I; statement of accounts (summary of payments and receipts): section II; particulars of payments made to staff: section III; details of dates on which school was open and average attendance of pupils: section IV; arrangements for the ensuing year: section V; observations of Local Authority (blank).
