States that the money left in their hands by Lloyd should be used by pay his debts to the partnership before paying his other debts. Expresses alarm at the small sales and asks for an exact statement of stock on hand each week, in order to know what to send from Manchester. Includes Statement of Accounts of Burys, Miller, Nockells & Co. 31 Dec. 1802.
