John Bury to Mr. Barrett: copy.
Comments on setting out of the order of reference. Finds the beginning confusing and likely to mislead the arbitrators. Insists that apart from payment of costs by P. Lloyd, their business with Lloyd has been settled. The dispute between Nockells and Lloyd's assignees, and between Nockells and Miller, should be treated separately. The only issue with Nockells concerning himself and his brother, is the error of cambrics and some other accounts.
