John Bury, of the Whins to John Bury, senr.
Describes activities of himself and his brother James since leaving Pendle Hill. Their success in attracting orders has caused them to begin examining print works with a view to purchase at Christmas, as soon as they can be completely separated from the old firm. Have written to their Father explaining that their reason for leaving, was his habit of speculating or acting without consulting his partners or others in the firm, and not as had been falsely reported, their unreasonable demands for shares.
