Includes Instrument of Dissolution and Award for the Distribution of Funds of Society with amounts due to individual members. Inlcudes circulars sent to members of the society to obtain signatures of approval of the winding up of the society, to advertise the closure of the society and letters to inform individual members of amount due to be paid to them.
