Between (1) The Governors and Guardians of the Hospital for the Maintenance and Education of Exposed and Deserted Young Children; (2) Henry Yeates, Manchester, linen weaver. Ann Totteridge, No. 4829, aged thirteen, apprenticed to Yeates 'to be employed in household business' until the age of twenty-one years or marriage. On the reverse: 30 Oct. 1771. Indenture by which Ann Totteridge is turned over to John Woolsoncroft, Newton Lane in the Parish of Manchester, linen weaver, to complete her apprenticeship under the original conditions
